Axis Educational Trust
Founded in 1994, the Axis Educational Trust is a registered charity which aims to provide high quality and low-cost education to primary and secondary school pupils in the UK. Across all our educational programmes, from Key Stage One all the way up to A-levels, our focus is on English, Maths and Science , the bedrock subjects in every learner’s education. By supporting our pupils in these subjects, we improve school performance and results across the board. But more importantly, we broaden life skills, expand learning horizons, and encourage social cohesion. Through our supplementary classes and our work with mainstream primary and secondary schools, we’ve helped over 1000 pupils achieve their potential by giving them the skills to shine.

Our Tuition

Our focus is to improve literacy and numeracy skills in primary including Spelling, Pronunciation, Grammar and Comprehension in English and Arithmetic, Reasoning, Measurement, Shapes and Statistics in Maths. Our course materials have been selected and created to meet your child’s individual needs. The termly booklets will offer sufficient amount of differentiated and adaptable classwork and homework. An individual journey in a stimulating and progressive environment
Your child will complete an initial assessment covering different areas of the curriculum to establish your child’s strengths and areas to improve. We will then ensure that your child will join the most appropriate class and level of work he/she needs to start with. The teachers will be made aware of your child’s needs and adapt their teaching accordingly while creating a stimulating and challenging environment in class making it a fun and interesting for each child. We will review your child’s progress regularly and take required interventions if your child is behind their target. You will receive weekly report cards and end of term reports which will give you insight of your child’s academic and pastoral development and next steps.
Unique Exam Preparation Techniques Boosting Knowledge, Skills, And Strategies
Our exam courses such as 11 Plus Grammar Schools, Independent Schools, GCSE and A- Level exam preparation courses are designed to cover the all-major exam boards such as GL assessment and CEM in 11 Plus, ISEBS for Independent Schools, Edexcel, AQA and OCR in GCSEs and A- levels. The course materials include the practice of exam-style questions and past paper questions. We focus on the areas where we can improve our skills to boost exam success. Regular assessment in form of quizzes and mock exams, learning from mistakes and constantly improving results by repetition are part of our model to keep the students motivated and on track for target grades.
